My Client and Friend, Andrea

Making the first step is always the hardest- but Andrea, not me, but my client Andrea,  decided that she did not want to risk needing a hip replacement in her 30s - so she decided to embark on her fitness journey.

It took commitment, dedication and discipline for her to lose in excess of 140 lbs. Now in her 40s she is in the best shape of her life and enjoys showing off her amazing physique in a bikini.
